Don’t let this opportunity slip away.
Sheltered from surf, wind and storm by geography and the buildings of the Oyster Bay Beach Resort, Oyster Bay Marina just might be one of the safest places in the Caribbean to keep your boat. The entrance into Oyster Pond is narrow enough to dispel the energy of storm-driven surf, yet it’s wide enough to permit comfortable entry in calm to moderate weather. By land, access to the marina is through the secured gates of the Oyster Bay Beach Resort, and parking is available at the marina’s entrance.
A total of 35 solid concrete “condominium” slips are available for purchase in the marina. Each will accommodate boats of average size, and several can accommodate considerably larger vessels. Boat lifts can be obtained through the developer of the marina.
When you purchase a slip in the marina, you also acquire an undivided interest in the marina’s common areas, including the dock and the dock master’s house. As the owner, you can use the slip to store your own vessel or you can rent, sell or otherwise convey the slip to someone else.
The private, gated entrance to the marina is staffed 24 hours a day to ensure that only owners, renters and their guests have access to the slips. Roving foot patrols of the resort grounds include the marina and provide an extra measure of protection. If you want to spend time on your boat while it’s moored in the marina, you’ll have access to electricity, cable TV, Wi-Fi and fresh water. If you want to visit the Oyster Bay Beach Resort, you’ll have full access to all of the resort’s private amenities. For more details and to receive a prospectus, contact Susan Coquin.
